How does Candler Work?
First, choose your monthly product - 6oz of wax tarts, a 7oz candle, or a 14oz candle.
Next, tell us if there are any scents you don't want. Don't like florals? No problem. Just let us know during sign up and we'll never send you one.
And finally, choose your subscription length and checkout. Your first shipment will be shipped within the next few days, and every month thereafter.
How often am I charged?
If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you are charged every month, and your shipment will be sent out after you are charged.
If you sign up for the 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, you are charged once at the beginning of your term, and your next charge won't be until the beginning of your next term. You will continue to receive shipments as long as your charge goes through.
Can I cancel my subscrition box?
Yes. You can cancel anytime.
Can I give a candler subscription as a gift?
Of course! You can choose 3, 6 or a 12 month subscription. Your card is charged once at the beginning of the term, and the subscription is automatically cancelled at the end of the subscription term length.
What kinds of free gifts are included?
We don't want to spoil the surprises! But you'll receive a free gift each month including aromatic sprays, car goodies, extra candles or tarts, and more. AND you'll be the first to receive new releases and seasonal scents!
How long does shipping take?
Your box will be shipped immediately after you are charged, and each month at the same time thereafter. We use USPS to ship packages, and depending on your USA location, your box will be delivered between 1-7 business days. Your box will ship from Frostburg, Maryland.
