How does a Scent of the Month Subscription Work?
First, choose your monthly product - 2 wax melts, or a 7oz candle.
Next, choose your subscription length and checkout. Your first shipment will be shipped within the next few days, and every month thereafter.
How often am I charged?
If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you are charged every month, and your shipment will be sent out after you are charged.
If you sign up for the 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, you are charged once at the beginning of your term, and your next charge won't be until the beginning of your next term. You will continue to receive shipments as long as your charge goes through.
Can I cancel my subscrition box?
Yes. You can cancel anytime.
Can I give a candle subscription box as a gift?
Of course! You can choose 3, 6 or a 12 month subscription. Your card is charged once at the beginning of the term, and the subscription is automatically cancelled at the end of the subscription term length.
Are there free gifts included?
We love packing your boxes with free gifts like wax melt samples, stickers, and more. You might not find a gift every month, but we'll sprinkle in surprises once in a while!
How long does shipping take?
Your box will be shipped immediately after you are charged, and each month at the same time thereafter. We use USPS to ship packages, and depending on your USA location, your box will be delivered between 1-7 business days. Your box will ship from Frostburg, Maryland.
